FLYING IN:

Pepperell Airport (26MA) is @ 8 miles West of Nashua's Boire Field (ASH). Pepperell Airport is a PRIVATE AIRPORT. If you have not already called or landed at Pepperell Airport please call ahead for the entry and landing procedures and prior permission to land: Call  Don Mayer, Airport Manager, 1-800-872-2488, 978-433-8550, Cell (603) 897-5326, on on Freq 123.05.  The Pepperell Airport hosts the Pepperell Skydiving Center, and is a very busy skydiving center, dropping skydivers up to 14,000 feet over the airport.  The skydiving operation runs 7 days a week, April 1 to October 31, and weekends otherwise.

Pattern altitude is 1200'MSL, Rwy 24 is a left hand pattern, you must maintain 1000'MSL until turning final approach. Rwy 06 is a right hand pattern maintain 1000' until turning final. Keep pattern within 1/2 mile of the airport. Radio position reports are mandatory on 45' entry, downwind, base, and final. Cessna 182's, Twin Otter and Casa aircraft descend @ 1-3 miles out on the downwind. Skydivers normally exit at 14,000 ft AGL, upwind of the Airport @ 1/2 to 1 mile,  opening their parachutes at @3,500' AGL.

DRIVING:

FROM BOSTON AREA: From Route 128 get to Route 3 North to Nashua, NH. Exit 5W (which is Route 111West). Continue 5 miles on Route 111 West and the Pepperell Airport will be on your left, enter the airport and park , the Parachute Shop is in the long gray building, marked Parachute Shop.

FROM CENTRAL MASSACHUSETTS: Take Route 495 to Route 3 North to Nashua, NH. Exit 5W (which is Route 111West). Continue 5 miles on Route 111 West and the Pepperell Airport will be on your left, enter the airport and park behind the blue office building, the Parachute Shop is in the long gray building.

FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE: Take Route 3 to Nashua, NH, Exit 5W (which is Route 111West). Continue 5 miles on Route 111 West and the Pepperell Airport will be on your left, enter the airport and park behind the blue office building, the Parachute Shop is in the long gray building.

 If you are landing at Pepperell Airport  please call Unicom (123.05Mz) 5 miles out for current activity, and permission to land. You can also call Boston Center for current skydiving drops on 123.75Mz.
