• My fee is 15% commission on the sale of the parachute (minimum of $50.00).
• An agreed upon price prior to the sell, you will always be contacted for approval with a 'Best Offer' offer. 
• The Sale will continue until the Owner wants to stop.
• Any required service bulletins, maintenance for airworthiness issues are the seller's responsibility.
• Because of our purchase guarantee, be aware that it can take up to 10-15 days after the sale for you to receive your money.  I give the customer 10 days to decide if he wants the parachute.
• I require that the gear be at the Parachute Shop. 
• The Seller can take back the gear at any time, Seller pays for postage.
